Uninstallation
Follow the procedure below to uninstall the network scanner driver.
IMPORTANT
Log on as the Administrator when you uninstall the network scanner driver.
If the [User Account Control] dialog box appears, perform the following operations.
For Administrator users, click [Allow] or [Continue].
For Standard users, enter the required Administrator password → click [OK].
NOTE
For procedures other than the install and uninstall procedures, refer to the manuals supplied with the corresponding product or the online help (see "Where to Find Help").
For details about supported systems, see "System Environment Requirements."

On the [] (Start) menu, click [Control Panel] → click [Uninstall a program] under [Programs] → proceed to step 3.
For Windows XP:
On the [Start] menu, click [Control Panel].
For Windows Server 2003:
One the [Start] menu, click [Control Panel] → click the [Add or Remove Programs] icon → proceed to step 3.
For Windows 2000:
On the [Start] menu, point to [Settings] → click [Control Panel].

Double-click the [Add/Remove Programs] icon (Windows 2000) or the [Add or Remove Programs] icon (Windows XP).

Select [Color Network ScanGear Ver. n.n], and then click [Uninstall] (Windows 7/Server 2008/Vista) or [Remove] (Windows Server 2003/XP/2000).
If you are using Network ScanGear, select [Network ScanGear Ver. n.n], and then click [Change/Remove].
After the files have been deleted from your computer, the dialog box appears to indicate that uninstallation has been completed.
NOTE
Ver.n.n. is the version number of the network scanner driver.

Click [Finish].
